Do I need a contractor to install this?
No. Our kits are designed for DIY bolt-together assembly. Everything is pre-cut, pre-drilled, and labeled. Most customers complete their garage in a weekend with a couple helpers and basic tools. We provide full installation guides and phone support.
Can I get a building permit with this?
Yes. Our CSA-A660 Certified kits come with permit-ready engineering documentation. Most municipalities accept these drawings without modification. Our team will guide you through the permit process at no extra cost.
Why is it 60% off? What's the catch?
No catch. We periodically overproduce standard sizes at our factory to keep production lines running efficiently. Rather than let inventory sit, we sell these overstock kits at factory cost. When they're gone, regular pricing resumes.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–6 weeks for standard sizes. Custom sizes may take 6–10 weeks. With the Hold for Spring program, we can schedule delivery for any date you specify — even months out.
Can I customize the size and colour?
Absolutely. While our overstock kits come in standard sizes, we can customize dimensions, door placements, window openings, and colour from our full palette at a modest upgrade fee. Request details in your quote.
What does the 50-year warranty actually cover?
The structural warranty covers the steel frame against defects, rust-through, and structural failure for 50 years. The paint and panel coating is warranted for 40 years against fading, peeling, and chalking. Full terms sent with your quote.
