Here is a transparent look at the entire building planning, designing and ordering process. These steps will guide you through the procedures that take place when you decide to go with us for your steel building project.
1. Essential Knowledge
Our experts will guide you through the process of designing your steel building, including selecting a color scheme and building profile that matches your vision. We’ll leverage our extensive network of manufacturers and plants across North America to recommend the best structure that meets or exceeds your needs and building concept.
2. Quotation
We use the information obtained in the design stage, as well as your building requirements, to ensure that your building will pass code regulations. Our detailed quotes provide all the information you need to make an informed decision and ensure that your dream steel building becomes a reality.
3. The Purchase Order and Approval
We’ll convert your quotation into a purchase order, which you’ll receive through Adobe Sign for signature, along with the first 25% deposit invoice sent via email. Once payment terms are met, we’ll request the first set of preliminary engineer drawings.
4. Easy Payment Options
Our payment structure is designed to be simple and easy, requiring only a 25% deposit to get started. We offer a range of payment options, including in-house financing, credit card, wire transfer, cash, and more.
Once the agreement is signed, and the first deposit is settled, you can expect to receive a verification call or email within 2-3 days to confirm your order details and ensure everything is on track for a successful build.
5. Ordering Your Building Drawings
At this stage, we will initiate the drafting and drawing process. Our Engineers are registered in all Provinces and States; they will prepare your certified drawings with stamps to ensure compliance with your province and or state requirements. Drawings turnaround varies depending on complexity but typically range between three to twelve weeks.
Once completed, you are provided unstamped copies for review, comments, and approval.
Once you approve, a stamped copy is supplied digitally; this follows the receipt and settlement of the 50% deposit due on approval. Timeframe for stamp copies is usually 4-7 working days.
6. Ready for Production
30 – 60 days before your requested delivery month specified on your purchase order agreement, our delivery team will reach out to confirm that you’re ready to move forward. Your building will be placed into production {provided we receive your drawing approval deposit), so get ready to see your project come to life!
7. Building Delivery
Once the completion of fabrication, we will notify you with a tentative delivery window so you can plan to receive your building and execute offloading. It is the responsibility of the customer; unless pre-arrangements are made to offload the building. After your building leaves the factory, we will send a second confirmation notice with the estimated delivery time. Ensure you are prepared to accept the delivery and have the necessary equipment to offload your building.

Once you receive your building, you can start the assembly process with a small team and minimal tools, our universal “one nut and bolt system” makes the whole process extremely easy.
