What is a Quonset Hut?
A Quonset building, or Quonset hut as it is commonly known, is one of the oldest pre-engineered building designs available, dating back to the United States’ involvement in World War II.
These iconic semicircular structures, often seen in old war movies, have transcended their military roots to become versatile solutions for modern-day applications.
Quonset huts, with its simple yet strong steel arch form, can be used for a variety of functions. These structures, whether used as a barn, garage, workshop, or even a business storefront, provide flexibility that is only limited by your creativity.

The Econosopan has a standard range in width from 20′ to 40′ with varying center heights, and virtually unlimited lengths.
This Quonset hut is suited for a broad range of applications ranging from, storage, on-site offices, retail outlets, free-standing garages, workshops, mechanic shop applications and much more.

Metal Pro™ has taken it a step further, by offering a single or double-lap construction for even more options.
Arch Style buildings are suitable for a complete range of industrial, commercial, agricultural and military applications.
They may be used as permanent or portable structures and can be dismantled and relocated if required.
